If it's a brand name and less than 7 years old you can see if parts are available by googling the brand name including the model number & the word parts. Don't be surprised if the parts & shipping cost more than the oven. Good luck. The voice of experience.

Sorry, the tray does not come separate from the motor. That's how they get you.

This model does NOT come with a crumb tray. In order to remove the crumbs from the bottom it must be shaken (like a toaster). I understand that this may be a little inconvenient; however, this machine is made relatively light weight for that purpose.

From my research from several sources, you can't. Best bet is to buy a baking sheet of 12" x 12" size and use it as the crumb tray. These inexpensive ovens are throw away items, hence, no part supplies.

Found 1 parts distributor who has the part supposedly in stock, but shipping was pretty expensive so I'm waiting:

Cost was $10.66 but shipping is even more than the part! At least you can get one if you need/want!
