If the motor is running, but running slowly, you will need to replace the motor. If there was a problem with the PCB, (control board) the motor would not run at all and you would see other problems with the refrigerator.
Here is a link to the motor.

I'm in need of a fan for my unit the shaft is seized. My model is SFI 412 but I can't find any replacement for this model.

the shaft can be unseized by applying penetrating oil and turning it manually.

Or take the motor out and take to a refrigeration supplies outlet, or a fan motor seller / reconditioner and say "I want one of these". You need the motor, not the 'fan'. The fan fits on the motor spindle.

Lennox XC21 (7 yrs old) compressor motor does not turn fan blades

Check the motor by hand to see if it turns freely, if it does then the issue is the motor controller not being able to sense where the motor is. Check for 240 Volts on the red wires and then check for 24 volts dc between black and blue and black and yellow.

Do you think GE TBX18KMB refigerator save energy?

most refrigarators now a days that have energy star rating use less power to run by having a inverter that inverts ac volts to dc votls and all motors (compressor, freezer fan&compressor fan)run on dc voltage it take one eighth of the power to run a motor on dc that it does on ac, so a motor that use to take 120 vac to run now takes 15 volts dc to run at the same exact speed. So yes they save power

Fan moves slowly ,compressor still hot even with a portable fan blowing on condensor ,but temps are back to normal. What would cause the fan to blow slowly and there is no obsructions

Ralph78yanks,
Your condenser fan (fan motor by compressor) is a variable speed and controlled by a computer board and compressor speed. If the fan motor slows down and the compressor is running in high, the unit can over heat and cause temperature issues in refrigerator sections. GE has a program which can see actual fan RPMs of motor. As I research this incomplete model number (7 possible different models) I see they all use the same fan motor Part# WR60X10209, this is a DC motor. Make sure you fan has not melted also. The heat from the compressor can melt the should or blade when this motor fails. I hope this information helps you..

Slow condenser and evaporator fans on SDL20KCSABS

Newer GE refrigerators use variable speed DC fan motors to improve energy efficiency. Fan speed is determined by the electronic control board. Your refrig is working as designed.
Please don't rate solution, as anything but a Fix-Ya lowers my overall score. Thanks.

Your fan motor is bad cause you have the voltage input to your fan motor but still the motor is not operating. May be the motor winding is open, check the white and red resistance.
