My Taylor digital model 5789FW is displaying err1 after the weight is taken. What causes that?

Step 1
Step lightly on the scale until it displays "--", "0000" and turns off if you receive the error "ERR0," which means the scale is not initialized. Initialization must occur after each battery installation.
Step 2
Set the scale on a flat, even surface, not on surfaces such as carpet if you receive an error "ERR1."
Step 3
Step off the scale and wait for it to reset before stepping on it again if you receive an "ERR2," which often means the unit was jarred or overloaded. Also, if you weigh more than the maximum weight capacity you will receive this error.
Step 4
Remove your shoes and socks and wet your feet slightly with a damp cloth if you receive the "ERR3" error. ERR3 is a contact error and your feet should ideally be bare and wet to achieve an accurate body-fat reading.
Step 5
Step off the scale and wait for it reset. Remove your shoes and socks and wet your feet slightly if you receive either the "ERR4" or "ERR5" errors, which means your body-fat or body measurements are out of range.
Step 6
Reset the scale if it doesn't work or you continue to receive error messages. Remove the battery and set the scale on a flat surface. Stand still on the scale for five seconds and step off. Re-install the battery and place the scale back on the flat surface. Place one foot on the scale until it displays zeros or dashes. Remove your foot and wait for the scale to turn off. Step back on the scale to weigh yourself.
Step 7
Replace the battery if you receive a "lo" or "bat" error.

My scale does not weigh accurately. How do I fix this? A 35 lb weight comes up 33 lbs on the scale

cheap scales do that,

some better scales of an autocalibration, mode, RTM
read the manual, google for it using its real name and model #
then read that see if it has that feature,
a 6% error, if the manual tells you scale is 5% accuracy that be normal. no scale told of 10,000 models sold world wide.

Error sc121 on NashuatecDsm415pf

This appears to be a Ricoh printer error message. Error messages are generally brand specific.

One website offers the following about this error message:

Code
SC121
Description
Scanner home position error 2
The scanner home position sensor does not detect the on condition during initialization or copying.
Causes
• Scanner home position sensor defective • Scanner drive motor defective • IOCSS board defective • Scanner home position sensor harness defective bq

In other words, it appears to be a message that a physical component of the printer is blown, bad, defective. That leaves you looking up the warranty and weighing the cost of repair or replacement. As you have not identified the model of the printer, it is impossible to weigh the cost/reward of repair.

Put on scale. If not possible then you get on scale and weigh yourself. Pick up tv and weigh yourself again. Have someone tell you what you now weigh. Difference is the approximate weight of tv.

I have a DigitZ DZ3-600 and when I turn it on the word FULL in the display screen . What can I do to clear this and start using it?

My search is telling me that this is a scale. Is this correct? If so - this is the manual. \'FULL\' is not an error, but this is the correct model. If this is not a scale, please write again and provide more information:

The manual is short and PASTED after link to same here:

Digitz DZ3-600 Manual

I. Operation

1. Place the scale on a flat, level surface and press the ON/OFF key to turn the scale on.

2. Once the start-up process completes and the scale goes to zero you are ready to weigh.

3. Place the quantity to be weighed onto the weighing platform.

4. Wait a couple seconds for the display to stabilize before taking a weight reading.

II. Changing the Unit of Measure

1. Press the MODE key to change the scales displayed unit of measure.

2. If the scale is turned off then back on, it will default to the last unit used.

• DZ3-100 Units: g (gram) oz (ounce) ct (carat) gn (grain)

• DZ3-600 Units: g (gram) oz (ounce) ozt (troy ounce) dwt (pennyweight)

III. Using the Tare Feature

You can use this scale\'s tare feature to subtract the weight of an empty container or vessel for net weight determination. NOTE: The weight of the container will subtract from the available capacity.

1. Place the empty container or vessel on the weighing platform.

2. Press the TARE key once. The display will then reset to zero. If the container is removed, it\'s weight will be displayed as a negative number.

3. You may now fill the container with the quantity to be weighed. The display will show the net weight of the contents.

4. To return to normal weight display (gross weight), remove any items from the weighing platform and

press the TARE key again to re-zero the scale.

IV. Calibration / Adjustment

1. Turn the scale on by pressing the ON/OFF key.

2. Wait for the display to show "0.0g" or "0.00g" then press and hold the MODE key until the display shows "CAL", then release.

3. Press the MODE key again. The display will flash "CAL" followed by the required calibration weight.

4. Place the required calibration weight on the center of the platform. The display will show "PASS" then return to normal weighing mode. Calibration is complete! You may now turn the scale off.

V. Error Codes

1. OUTZ - Zero range has shifted. Perform calibration adjustment. If the problem persists, the load cell may be permanently damaged due to overloading.

2. 88888 - Maximum capacity exceeded. Remove the extra weight to avoid damaging the load cell.

3. L - Batteries are low. Replace the batteries.

My WW78 scale keeps giving an ERR message when I stand on it.

Usually I change the weight by weighing one foot and then weighing again with both. And then I keep repeating that until my results are consistent. Then that result seems to be accurate
