SOURCE: read dvix

As you know, this machine should support div-x as standard, in fact it should play just about anything except new HD disc formats.

So you put in a data disc with dix-x files, what happens?

I need the circuit diagram for a Thomson cordless telelphone model CE21828GEX. lightning damage on the base unit.

No detailed service information was ever available for GE/Thomson phones, so there is no diagram available. When under warranty, the phones were returned to GE and replaced. Out of warranty, the only parts available were complete boards. At our shop, we would occasionally track down and repair power problems by tracing out the board, but this was usually just an exercise in futility. These phones were never meant to be serviced.

Thomson DT16300 Freezing problems

Can anyone help me solve a problem with my Thomson DT16300? The orange light stays on. The fan comes on and off at the back. There is no picture and I can not programme it. I have tried rebooting but can't get it working apart from the orange light coming on and the fan starting up.

Error message

If the "check speaker" is always turning on, it is possible the amp itself is shorted at the IC. Replace AMP IC pack or if it has N and P channel output transistors acheck them. Some amps do use a thermister and this could be burned open in circuit.
