It is your board problem try replacing it.

maybe you need to replace your powersupply let them check it out

Your system does have a 4X AGP slot. There are quite a few video cards to choose from. Here is a website of available video cards. I always look at the reviews before purchasing, they are a fairly good indicator of product value and reliability.

When you get a new video card you will need to disable the on board video through the system BIOS at start up.

You first need to make sure your memory is secure.

you'll need to get an antivirus product....and install it in Safe Mode
and also run it in safe mode

Look in the BIOS for the setting that says reset factory defaults or reset system defaults. This will reset theBIOS to the factory defaults. Resolved.
