I have samsung refrigrator model RL729WCSW since yesterday the Fan inside refrigrator has Hitting noise and the sound will Stop When The Door Is Opened.would you explain me how to rectify the problem. the refrigrator is bottom freezer type.

On some models when you open the door the door switch also turns off the evaporator blower motor. If the fan is hitting something while the door is closed you will hera the noise, and it will stop when you open the door.

You need to unplug and then remove the rear panel inside the back of the freezer and look over the fan assemblies to insure they are not hitting accumulated ice. Ice buildup around fans can be caused by leaving refrigerator or freezer door open over extended times or defrost component failure. Either way it's a good idea to have a look at the inside of the evaporator compartment to prevent damage to fan blades and food loss. The sound is of the fan touching the liner. They only way out is to change the bearing. And temporarily you can tap the area where the noise is coming from. When the fan straightens out the noise will stop. But this is not the remedy.

I had the same problem - A fan in the freezer section has ice building up on it and the noise you here is the fan blades hitting the ice. The fan stops when you open the door. I had to empty the freezer, shelves and all; remove the back panel (a pain in the neck) and chip the ice off of the fan housing. I have to do this every few months.

Your unit isn't defrosting. Your fan blade is hitting the frost that is built up in the back of your unit. All Samsung units are made when you open the door that the fan stops. You can check this but finding your door switch and see if the sound still continues. But you will need service and a part to fix this unit. Where are you located? If noise stops when you open the door, you may have a noisy fan (or could have ice build up, causing fan blade to hit ice and cause noise). I gather it is a frost-free model ie has a fan in the freezer compartment. If noise is caused by fan hitting ice build up, you may have a problem with the auto defrost system, as you should not get ice build up in a frost free.
