As I installed office small business 2007, the first disc installed without a problem but the second disc continues to give me an error message Clr error 80004005 and will not allow me to install. When I use Word, Excel, etc. they seem to work but I don't know what is missing in not having installed disc 2? Thanks I don't have a facebook account

Microsoft office word 2007 and excel not working... means what? Is there any error message or nothing is happening? If there is an error message then you must post with that message so we can give you the exact solution. Otherwise my best solution is to use another installer of MS-Office because previous one is may be corrupted by virus.

When opening a Microsoft Office program or file you may get a message that says “Office Application Version Does Not Match Error”. This is most likely caused by having the Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager installed on your computer. Many computers that come with the Office trial program installed will have this on their computer from when it was new.

There are a couple of ways to get rid of this error. First you can install the update from Microsoft that gets rid of the error.

Or you can go into Add and Remove Programs (XP) or Programs and Features (Vista) and uninstall the Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager if you don ’t use it. It won’t affect any of your Office programs. You may get a message during the uninstall process that it can’t remove it from your Outlook profile but just click Ok and finish the uninstall.

Bit of an odd one this error message. It is issued when you start Microsoft Word 2007 (or indeed Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007 or Publisher 2007) on a computer that has Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager installed. You can download a a patch that will stop this error message appearing here.

no. it is a page deal. You have to upgrade all the bells or whistles or you will be suffering error messages worse than death! but you can import all your settings. It will be almost painless

your windows is asking for Activation...u have to use telephone or internet to activate, if u don't activate it will be trial for 30days so use telephone give a code which displays on your screen...it will give u a code through which u can activate it. But remember u have to activate every time when u format it. Previous key will not work. Another process is to use crack and keygens but they r illegal. You can activate many times no limits if u have an original operating system.
All OEM packs of operating system will ask for activation.
full versions are costly but no need to activate. 
Don't use on more than one computer...every OS is made for only one computer.

Run the Windows "Files and Settings Transfer Wizard" to create one file that contains all your E-mail (messages & rules & contacts).

Use Add/Remove Programs to remove Office 2000.

Restart, and install Office 2007.

Then, use the same Wizard to "import" all your Outlook 2000 "stuff".

Administrative Rights needed for the installation.

Means that you need to log-in as an Administrator or your User Account must have such rights

You may have registry bits or system32 files left over. Try using CCleaner. If worse comes to worse, reinstall windows XP, NOT Vista.

run a registry mechanic or ccleaner registry cleaner also clean the disc
