In your Windows Explorer Go to
Tools-->Folder Option-->View--> uncheck "Hide Extension fro known File Types"

Now get back to your file.
You'll notice a .dat at the end of the file name. just rename it as .ppt
ex--> filename.dat filename.ppt

You cant download PRO11.MSI. PRO11.MSI is a file that come with your Office 2003 installer. So try to look it on your CD or on your harddrive.

Unless you can borrow an external CD drive with a USB connector, you would need to contact Microsoft and give them your Office 2003 key and they may allow you to download a copy.

Actually, it might be worth it to purchase an external CD drive. I've seen them priced from $20 - $100.

No-one here is going to give you a key for this software. it is ILLEGAL!

Remove traces from registry too.

This is another file which comes with the setup files of your copy, in your case perhaps this file is corrupted or couldn't read. You better go for other alternative. Or if you still have the cd, copy all the files from the Cd to your computer and try running the setup again. Good luck.
