I have sony vaio but the av mode is not working and i have VGN-CS215J

According to the information online, the issue might be due to the VAIO Launcher Application.
The VAIO Launcher Application is responsible for the functionality of the AV Mode keys.
Hence, it would be better to re-install the VAIO Launcher Application.
It is also recommended to install the Sony Shared Library before installing the VAIO Launcher Application.

Hi, i have cs24gh and i had the same problem with the launcher and av mode. the i formated my pc many times to get this problem fixed and finally got the solution..

i moved from vista to win 7 and i installed all the drives of vista home basic and they all are supported by win 7.

the key is to install all the drivers in the same order as they appear on the vaio support web site one at a time and restart when ever the instalation askes to. and then finall install the vaio smart network from win 7 and you will have all the touch sensors working...
