Hi my Epson Stylus Photo RX560 has a paper jam error, but there is no jam. When the start button is pressed to try clear it, the paper feeds through with no problems however the error still comes up. Please help!

Usually involved switching off- then holding down a couple of button whilst you switch on

Start button to eject the jammed paper. If that doesn't work, go to step 2.1,666 views

RX560 - I have a similar problem - only it is with the DVD feeder. I have a new feeder, from a collection I have bought, and still the problem persists. It Error messages that there is a Paper Jam Error, when in fact I am trying to print on to a DVD or CD. I have actually had this problem since I bought the machine 2 years ago and Epson do not seem to know how to answer this. I've tried everything they suggested (hence the new feeders), switched on - off. Then on about the 10th try - it might work. It is really frustrating. Something inside the machine seems to be not reading the fact that there is a disc to be printed. Any help out there?
