I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure.
I did a search on the Hoover Fusion and to the best of my knowledge the Hoover Fusion does not have a reset button and it would be my suggestion is that to call the Hover Factory phone # listed below to see if they can answer your question as I could not find the model # for the item you are requesting. So if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or in the yellow pages, or contact the factory phone number or website to further assist you with your questions.
