and first of all do an msconfig, To start MSCONFIG click START and go to RUN. Type MSCONFIG and you will see the program open. click on startup tab and then click on disable all then click on apply it will prompt you to restart the system once your system restarts do remember to put a check mark in the box which says do not show me this message again
download latest audio drivers from www.support.dell.com
uninstall audio drivers from device manager
restart your system
then install latest downloaded drivers.
