When I make a Skypeout phone call all I get is a busy signal and I cannot connect to the other party
I believe that if you reach a busy signal, you can hang up. The conference should ring you back and the rest of the conference will be there.
Here's what the documentation shows from within the help of a 3300 ICP/MCD...
a 5303 is to be treated just like a 2500 series set...

I'm in the U.S. and when I dial out on my Phillips VOIP 321 Skype phone, I get a busy signal. When I try to dial 1 (area code) (phone number), I still get a busy signal. Is there something I'm missing?
If I program the number in my contacts in Skype on my PC, I can call it from my Phillips phone. However, I can't seem to be able to call unprogrammed numbers directly from the Phillips phone. Please help! Skype and Phillips have not been very helpful.
