I dont know how to put videos on my gigaware mp3 player

First of all you need to know the format of video which your player takes. You need to use the supplied Sansa Media Converter to convert videos (and photos) to a format the Sansa can handle.

the MP3 player doesn't play any of those files. there should be a disc that came with the MP3 in the box. put the CD in and install the converter for your MP3. in order to watch movies and see pictures on the MP3, you have to convert it using the program in the disc.

On most MP3 players you have to get the video or film from a needed site or they will not work!!

this is a mp3 player mp4 players like a ipod are meant for videos. Mp3 is for music.Sorry but it is not possible to put videos on your player
