My mobile is in different language, how i can make it english language

You would have to scroll your phone to settings,then phone settings then language,then you would see a list of languages and you can now select English language.
If you can't get to phone settings because its another language then all you need to do is to get another Nokia phone maybe from a friend and use it to correct yours.

Was it or did someone change it recently by mistake? If you can at least read the language that would be very helpful.
If it was changed by mistake, simply follow the instructions;
(you have to look at the icons to locate all these) Menu > Settings then press up key once and press "Ok" again "Ok" and enter 12345, then "ok", now your phone will restart itself or it'll restore to it's original settings.
If this isn't helpful for you.. do like this...
Menu > settings > press down key 5 times and select it, the you'll see the lists of languages, use you up or down key to locate english which is written english "English" and select it.
