The TV will bring to turn on but then it sounds like it loses power and makes a high pitch noise and powers off, no picture ever comes on the TV, the screen stays black the whole time. The TV is a RCA F32650 Thank you, Mike

Barb, noise may be from a power supply/ transformer on it's way out.

A high pitch sound can be a capacitor losing power it would sound a bit like a fire work. most have back up on the board but it put more pressure on them the more times you use the tv. would check them and replace. all of them can be 5 in a row in some models.
