Check to see if the cold tap is connected to the cold valve on the machine and the hot tap to the hot valve. on the machine it will have cold or c for the cold valve and hot or h for the hot valve. please reply if you need further help.

dudett, uplug the washer and turn the water valves on. If the washer is filling with the washer unplugged the valve is bad. Part number 22001196. Not a hard job. If you need help installing, just e-mail the cat here at [email protected] Catriver..post back.

Littleone.. please check your instructions.. some washers now dont need Hot water connection to them...they heat their own as part of the efficiency settings on the wash programmes themselves!

It sounds like your cold water celenoid is going out. You have to replace the whole water valve. it should be around 30 bucks. your local parts store should have it in stock, Just take your model # with you.

It appears your timer/controller board has failed in this instance.
