My hand held Dyson vacuum will not charge. Every time I attempt to us it I get 3 charge light on the side flash?

more than likely the internal battery pack is dying and its time to upgrade

If it's only 2 weeks old, you could have a defective either charging system or just a bad battery. Most places offer free replacement within 30 days of purchase. I would take it back to your place of original purchase. I hope that helps!

Make sure the charger is operating. Then if it is, look at a failed battery.

It needs a replacement battery or check the output of charger, may need to get an electrical experienced person for this with an volt meter

I would recommend the dyson hand held unit. it is the most powerful hand held out there. the down side is that it only has a 6 to 10 minute charge, but it will work perfectly for your needs.
