I have a Whirlpool S20B RSB21-A/G American Type FRIDGE FREEZER, the ice dispenser will not dispense ice from the freezer, when I hold a glass under the release arm, it seems to be turning OK, but no cubes or crushed ice is being dispensed, can you tell me what the problem may be ?
We have an Whirlpool side by side America fridge freezer. Water is not flowing into the ice-maker
If water does not flow into ice maker, first make sure the rubber tube is not blocked with ice.
Next, with the ice maker turned on, open the freezer door and check that the Infrared panel light flashes twice.
If it does, it's an IR panel fault or Ice maker; if it does not, power is not going to it from the rear board.
The ice in ice box has proberely frozen in to one big lump of ice ,empty ice box and retry.if problem persists check ice has not got stuck in ice makeing tray,because as it refills the ice tray the water will run of the top of the ice into ice box and freeze
ice already made.
