On one of our laptops we are trying to connect a Transcend 2gb Pen drive. The laptop runs Windows Vista Business. Its asking for the driver but as per Transcend no driver is required for Vista. Same pen drive works on other PCs which have Vista installed. Please suggest a solution.

Since you are using Vista, you may want to check for an update/patch from
the laptop manufacturer. This is a common issue with Vista's USB ports. Microsoft has acknowledge the issues and has posted a fix here and here.
