What can i do with the usb on the side of my samsung tv?

The most cost effective thing to do is just replace the TV. The cost to repair will be close to the cost of a new LED flat screen, they are very cheap now.

Hi the usb and hdmi will not transmit sound due to the fact that some micro HDMI do not transmit sounds.

Your best option is t go out and buy a new male to male audio jack that has AV on the one side and a audio jack on the other side.

You will have to find the setting to duplicate the image to your tv. On the TV side you will just have to plug in your cord HDMI, USB or any other and select the same input on the remote control to match where you are plugged into on the TV.

If supported by your tv simple put a movie in the root of the USB stick
in .avi or .dvix format then put stick in the tv and it would start the usb player function

Hi there, unfortunately there can be a problem with power insufficiency... if you have two USB connectors side by side on the back of TV set , please use Y Usb cabel and connect both in TV set and the other end to HDD. Or if your HDD comes with external power supply ac adapter connect it first. Then try again.Tnx

1. I have looked up your tv and there is no PC input, so we can not use a wireless VGA adapter. (works USB on the PC side, VGA on TV side)

2. You computer does not have an HDMI out. All the wireless HDMI adapters I could find need both the transmit (your computer) and the receive (your TV) to have HDMI on them.

I am not sure how degraded your signal will get with the conversions and wireless transfer. but this option would work.
