On my sumsung lnt5265f 52 in hdtv lcd tv the power
The issue has been resolved. I removed the back of the TV (pretty easy
actually) by laying a blanket over the kitchen table and placing the TV
face down. I started with the power supply as an obvious beginning.
Both fuses on the board tested fine. And touched up every solder joint
with a hot soldering iron in case the problem was a cold solder joint.
After this painstaking venture, I performed another visual inspection
and noticed a capacitor that had a thin black X on the top of the can.
This is a common sign the capacitor has over heated. I located a
replacement for $1.20, installed, and successfully powered up the TV. I
have had no problems since.
Oh, yeah, I also paid $120 for a BN44-00150A replacement power supply,
plus overnight shipping. It actually arrived three weeks later. That
was two weeks and six days after I fixed the power supply myself.

Just search for the site named Electro-help. It has details about repair. I assumes that you're somewhat sound in electronics. You can get details there. Search for the site by Google

Hi,
power supply is not working
Can't say this for sure, but if it's a power supply problem, take the TV apart and access the power supply (unplug it, of course). Look at all of the capacitors (the little round cans with 2 wires either coming out the bottom or one coming out on either end). If they appear to be bulging (you can tell a good one from a bad one very easily), they're most likely bad and many times replacing those will solve your power supply problem.

Samsung LN32A330J1N LCD T.V has no picture when powered on
This can be one of two problems. The backlight inverter board is bad # BN44-00235B <or A $60-80
Or one of your backlights is bad/broken. Not a easy repair. Single lamp is about $16-25 whole kit $150. But finding a great tech who can or will take the screen/light box apart to do it will be the biggest task. Takes about 3 hrs to do. And if you do NOT know what you are doing, you will damage the screen.
Then you just throw it away. But if your lucky, it might just be a bad connection. If it comes one after it goes off. But if it just flashes on for a couple seconds then does not come back on, Most likely bad backlight/or inverter. It goes in to protection mode.I have seen in a couple of Sony's it being the T-con board "LCD control"board do the same. $60-125
I wish I could give you better news. It is not easy to tell the problem on that without testing out each lamp "15-20 of them w/a lamp tester" or checking out each transformer on the inverter board. Verry time consuming. This is why I push the Extended Warenty. LCD's still have bugs to weed out. Plasma's are even worse.

My Samsung LN-T4665F LCD TV is slow to start.
You have bad caps.on the power supply. They are under rated, 10volt insted of 16volt or more. Caps.run about $2-3 each. usualy takes 4-6 of them. Or replace the whole power supply. But you will have the same problem in a couple of years. Best bet is to have the bad caps. replaced with the right voltage rateing, and you will not have to worry about it happening again. New power supply is...
BN44-00168A About $120 used-180new cheeper to repair.
