Hello,

Since you can hear them but they cannot hear you, the problem is your mouth piece.

All you need to do is to change your mouth piece, because it is now bad.

Meanwhile, i advice you get hands free, before you fix your mouth piece problem. this will help when you call, the callers will be able to her you with the hands free and you can also hear when people call you.

Take care.

Callers to my phone cannot hear me speaking.I can hear them

Hello,
If callers cant hear you when you speak to them on your phone,it means that your phones mouth piece is bad and you need to replace it and to do that you need to take it to phone repair shop.

You can also try using an external ear piece attached to the phone to make and receive calls before you fix the phone.
I hope this helps you. contact me for more help.

I can hear callers but they cannot hear me. Mute is not engaged,

Please see the link below for the User's Guide.

• Headset is muted. Long press (3 sec.) the volume down button on headset to unmute the microphone. See page 16.
• Improper positioning of voice tube. Try various other positions.
• Voice tube may be clogged. Remove voice tube and test to see if callers can hear you without it. If they can, then replace the clogged voice tube. See page 18.
• Speaking volume is too low. Increase the speaking volume by
adjusting the speaking volume minor adjust buttons on the base unit as described on page 16. If the volume is still too low, select another speaking volume major adjust setting as described on page 16.
• Incorrect configuration dial setting for your phone. Try other
phone configuration dial settings on the base unit. Ensure the
selected number is in line with the position indicator. See page 14.

3 Press and release S until you see
the letter of the announcement you want

4 Press R. Begin speaking after you
hear the beep. Speak in a normal tone
of voice, about 9 inches from the
microphone.
5 Press S. The system plays your new
announcement. To hear the announcement
again, press P.
6 Repeat Steps 3 to 5 to record another
announcement, or press S.

To assign an announcement to play:

Dial tone is active as I'm dialing, callers cannot hear me speak

Your phone is broken, the only solution is to replace it. Call Uniden Customer Service and they should be able to help you. 1-800-297-1023. ( I'm serious, there is no way you can fix this problem with out opening the base unit up and replacing a bad transistor)
