SSID, WPA and WEP are things used to identify and access an wireless network/router.
SSID is the name of the wireless network you want to connect to.
WPA and WEP are forms of encryption/security for the wireless network. Basically it's the password to get onto the wireless network.
Most routers broadcast the SSID information, so you should be able to select it from a list on your Xbox (Scan for Networks option). If not you can also manually enter it.
The WPA/WEP you'll have to know and enter manually. If you forgot it, you can find it in your router's settings.
Here's a guide to finding/accessing the password; all you need is access to a computer that is already on the wireless network.
And just in case,
here's an official guide from Microsoft for troubleshooting wireless network problems.
Hope you get it sorted out!
(Personal opinion: Wireless is a pain; just use an wired ethernet connection)
