The best thing to do - is to read owner's manual first.
Normally there is 4 or more screws on the bottom middle part of rear cover that are holding stand and TV together.
Wall mount choice depend on your budget. It have to be rated for weight of your TV set. There should be 4 bigger size bolts on the back of your TV especially for wall mounting purpose. Again - owner's manual have more detailed explanations of all of the above.
Regards.
Russ.

I have a new lg 65" and there are no wall mount bracket holes on the back. There are four screws....do these get removed for the mounting screws??

Yes, most likely they are. You can check https://www.primecables.com/c-18871-mounts-sit-stands for mounting sets or standing desk to your LG 65. I got a standing desk there and going to mount it soon. It's much more comfortable then to use a simple wall mount.

I HAVE A LN-S4095D TV THAT WAS WALL MOUNTED NOW I WANT TO GET A STAND THAT WOULD SUPPORT THE TV ON A TABLE. I DISCARDED THE ORIGNAL STAND WHEN WE WALL MOOUNTED THE TV

Good luck with that. As soon as these sets go out of production, so do most of the parts associated with them. You would be better served to get a TV table stand that uses a wall-mount-style backer. That way you get the tabletop mount and the extra security of knowing it won't get knocked over easily. Something like this....

How do i remove the stand/base off a panasonic viera TX37LZD70 37" flat screen tv so I can wall mount it?

Place the TV on a flat bed preferably your mattress and look for the base mountings. The lock and base mount can be slid off and you can use a good wall mount that will support the weight to be fitted.

Hi we have samsung lcd 22 inchess.. we need to fix it to wall and there is no backside stand .. how can we get the stand

Most electronic stores sell wall mounting brackets. There are several types. one mounts the LCD screen flat to the wall with a limited range of tilt. Another type mount the LCD screen on an arm that allows tilt and swing movements.

Removing back stand supports

First I am not to sure about the brand you got there, But if it is not wall supportable you do not need to reove anything but by a wall mount that will hold the bottom in place and yes there are wall mounts for this tpye of arrangment see not all flat panels go on walls thus hence you cannot remove the stand easy. Try finding a wall mount the has a L shape to it, it will hold the bottom of the tv and it comes with a little strap to hold it back into securement. Please do not try to remove the stand I would suggest a diffrent wall mount- Rulds2008 TV expert for 20 years
