Navigon 5100 GPS Navigator - Will Not Turn On

We used the navigation system two - three times, then it would not turn on at all. It was left in our house or a couple days in the vehicle in various temps. When it did turn on, it worked great. What do we do now?

My tomtom Go 720 stays frozen. When I try to push the "I agree" button it stays frozen.

After installing iGo navigon no gps signal

You must edit port and baud rate in sys file. If dont know parameters just write:
[gps]
port="auto"
baud="auto"

My Navigon 5100 GPS will not turn on. At times, when it does turn on, it will not turn off.

I'm not sure if you realize this, but you must hold the power button for about 10 seconds to turn the 5100 on and off.
