HAVE INSTALLED mICROSOFT WINDOWS 7 ON MY HP d530 cmt, BUT I

You need to call or visit hp.com and see if the video drivers support Windows 7.

If you have bought an indepentant video card ( a video card that DID NOT come with the computer), then call the manufacturer of the card or visit the vendor's website and ask for/search for any Drivers that support Windows 7.

If none of these Ideas work, you may need to replace your video card with a Windows 7 compliant video card.

JUST GO THE THE HP WEBSTE AND DOWNLOAD LOAD THE
XP DRIVERS THEN WHEN YOU INSTALL THEM -

WINDOWS 7 MIGHT ASK YOU TO ALLOW FOR ITS RECOMENDED SETTINGS TO BE USED - TRY YES AND IF THAT DIDN'T WORK REINSTALL THEM AND TRY NO.

That's because Win7 is using it's generic drivers for the video. Compaq have not produced drivers for Win7.
