Ok, stupid question here...how do i look at my SD car info..i.e. down loads etc? I downloaded many songs and they dont seem to be anywhere on any music player... i thought i would see if they all went to...

Hi!..
Just go to the gallery and open memory card, your all the data will be available there and to upload all the downloaded songs to the media player you just go to media player and update library. This will bring all the downloaded songs to the media player and you will be able to listen to the songs of your choice.
Still if you need another option to see the songs available,,, then go to the collection option and there will be an option of the memory card.. click that option and once again your memory card will be opened.
Thanks
With regards,
Lakshay

Download to LG Xenon from windows media player

I discovered I was sold and using a USB charging only connector. To remedy my problem I bought a memory card reader to place my phone memory card into so I could use it directly as a memory stick in my computer. It worked perfectly. Thanks

Help me

Make sure your device is under MTP mode...to do that go under the menu settings, usb and device mode and change it to MTP

Assuming that you have windows media player 10.
1. Creating a selection in Windows Media Player
Launch Windows Media Player 10. Click on the Library tab then Add to Library > Add folder and select a folder (e.g. compilation of favourite songs, converted CD, folder of downloaded songs, etc.) from your hard drive (See Image 1). Click OK to confirm your selection. Your folder data will appear in the main window. Repeat the procedure for your other albums.

You can also do this by clicking File > Add to library > Add folder.

When your folders are ready, click-hold to select all your songs and then drag them to the window on the left, as indicated. Select the entire list again and click Now Playing List and select Synch List (See Image 2).

2. Transferring your selection to your MP3 player
Click on the Synchronize tab. Connect your MP3 player to your computer, your player will be automatically recognized by the computer and synchronization (that is file transfer) will begin immediately.

3. Transferring your MP3s to flash memory
Insert the memory card from your MP3 player or MP3 phone into your computer's card reader and open My Computer. Windows XP will automatically recognize your memory card and its icon should appear next to the other icons.

Click on its icon to open your memory card.

Select the MP3 file to transfer. If you want to transfer several files at once, control-click each individual file. In the File Manager window, click Copy File and select the destination folder.

Check this site for more clarification...I hope this helps..

Rca lyra won't read memory card

WMA files come in two formats DRM & non-DRM. Change your setting in Windows media player (Options - Copy Music) and re-rip the music CD. You can copy both versions but one will play but not the other.

Problem with SD card recognition

Try updating the firmware, you can download it from the RCA Website (http://support.rcaaudiovideo.com/).
If your computer doesn't recognize the player, you'll have to turn it off, remove the battery and keep "PLAY" pressed for 10 seconds while connecting it to the USB port, then update the firmware.

Sync to player and memory card without duplicates

I got this from:http://www.livedigitally.com/2005/06/27/sandisk-sansa-e130-the-micro-version-of-the-ipod-mini/ Create two playlists with names such as 1. SANSA Internal and 2. SANSA 2GB (assuming your SD card is 2gb). Load songs into each playlist. Edit the sync properties for each drive to only sycn to those playlists. Sync!
