Hi! I have checked the site of Fujitsu. and I found out that there are limited drivers for Windows 7 with the laptop that you have. Maybe its because of the wide database of drivers that Windows 7 have. but you can try checking it yourseld.

It sounds like the memory is the issue. Windows handles the buffering in a different manner. You are noticing the "buffering"
On top of that Linux has a smaller memory footprint in most cases than windows so there is more real memory to go around. Swapping to the harddrive tends to cause stuttering. You might try killing some PID's in windows and seeing if the freed up memory helps.

1) Go to www.devicedoctor.com
2) Download and install the software
3) Run the software and click on scan
4) It will pick the correct audio driver for you, click download and install the driver
5) This will hopefully restore your sound
