I've had my enV for about a year, now. within the first month, I cracked its screen. I have both insurance and a warranty for it, but Verizon is unimpressed-- they suggested that I either purchase a new model, or perhaps buy the enV 2. it's whatever.

I've had my enV 7 months or so, pulled it out of my coat pocket just today to find that the screen was cracked (looks like a tree branch)... haven't tried to have it replaced yet under the one year warranty but I'm not hopeful. I must have smacked it against something while in my pocket.
Had my phone for less than a month,pulled it out of my pocket today and screen was black with a crack in it. I know I didn't hit it on anything,it was in the front pocket of a hoodie.I've never cracked a screen on anything in my life,knew I should never have gotten an LG again.

My screen cracked also. I didn't drop it. It was just in my bag and I took it out one day and it was cracked.
