Black & Decker ODC325

Stopped brewing mid-pot.
How do we take it apart to look for the problem?

There is a single security screw in the back, and two tabs on the sides of the case release the two halves. I found the bit I needed (it's a Torx with a small hole in the middle of it) in a $5 security bit kit available from Harbor Freight.

Small allen screw at the back of the unit next to the power cord entry. Gently work the two halves of the unit until they separate.

The grounds keep draining into the coffee carafe. I have changed brand of filters but didn't help.

I had a similiar problem and found that the water is too fast for the "flow" meaning it will fill the basket too fast and just over flows, try brewing a full pot BUT when it is half full pull out the water reseviour and then check out the basket, you will see it near the top. You can wait 5-10 minutes and just pop the reseviour back in.. it will brew fine. Any tips would be great. I think my was a referb and the hoses were replaced with larger hoses making the flow greater.

It just stopped working. I know of four of these

If the clock still works and the tray warms up, the thermal cutoff switch is probably toast. Check the solution I posted at http://www.fixya.com/support/t236081-doesnt_work . I have a couple of extra cutoff switches left.
