THEMES FOR UR MODEL http://gallery.mobile9.com/c/blackberry-storm2+9550-themes_2570/1/
Hi Guys, base on how you describe your files and base on what i know about sony ericsson, we can't merely change the menu icons, we need 3rd party software to access the phone and could be risky though if you don't know how to operate it.
If i understand you correctly, those themes your having with .xml file and icon images are for flash menu icons. Unlike Nokia high end phones, where you can just install the themes directly unto your phone via usb cable and the menu icons will also change according to the theme you installed.
But if you want to play around your phone's menu icons, you can google it up " Changing W880i menu icons ", but i won't recommend it. :)
My friend had experienced the same problem with her SEK810i. We both bought the K810i last year. Mine is working perfectly fine. but hers suddenly froze, and she cannot even see the phone menu. we tried to go to a service center but they couldn't fix it. So she just bought a new phone. also fro the SE phone collections.
