Do you have a spare memory module? Try a different memory module.

Hi , To format ur mobile , Do the following steps Select Menu >Settings >General>master reset then select continue
NOTE : Take a back up of ur contacts and other important data . All the files that u have stored in ur phone memory will be formated .
