I would try and call Grainger parts to see if they have one. I know they deal with and sell Dayton equiptment. If no luck let me know and I will try and find another source.

There is a similar one on eBay, but no free ones. Cummins are known for diesel engines rather than grinders, which means someone else made it and put a Cummins badge on it. Take your pick from any of these.
They don't need much of a manual anyway, most of the content is on safety. Press switch to turn on and off, one arbor is right hand thread, the other is left hand thread.
If the plug on the cord has 2 flat prongs and one round one then its 110 VAC single phase. If the motor has 4 wires then I'd suspect 3 phase. The data plate on the motor will tell you for sure.
Your grinder is listed on page 3085 of the Grainger catalogue. The part number for the eyeshield is 00281.00 and the number for the lower eyeshield bracket is 00280.00. That said, I'm staring at my own copy of the the owners manual and I can't really see why you would want to pay for one. The only really useful information is the parts diagram which is online at SearsPartsDirect.com. The rest is generic grinder information (support workpiece, select proper wheel, etc.) and CYA (always wear gloves and eye protection, don't remopve safety guards, don't use damaged wheels, don't stick your finger in the light socket, don't cross the steet in the middle of the block, etc.)
