You need to know the hole diam. where the key goes and the max size for the chuck. 1/2 3/8 Grainger has your key when you know what to order.

Found Ryobi P505 18v battery. Compare it to what you already have. Stores have other brands if this does not match. Was listed at The Home Depot.

lots of WD-40 double channel locks and strong person. work it a little at a time to avoid damage.

similar to mine so find out the thread going into the shaft and order either the 3/8 or 1/2 to suit your needs.

it is possible that a chuck is spun on if it has fine threads. most likely if the chuck is frozen you would have to use spanner on key hole and put the outer ring in a vise. It should loosen up. Sometimes I use a pipe wrench and the large channel locks to spin the chuck open. Most have a screw but it can get rounded over which would require drilling it out.

Test the batteries with a multimeter that will tell you if the batteries are shot. You can do the same with the charger, test it with a multimeter but I don't recommend it unless you know what you are doing because you will be live testing it.

Take the old pulley to a shop where they sell pulleys and try to match it up. I did that with my lawn tractor and found one that worked.
