Hi, this means that there is no signal from the CPU to your monitor.

Was there any beep sound when you turn ON your monitor?
How many beeps and was it a long or short beep?
Is there a orange or green light on your Monitor?

Check your cable first.
You aren't getting a signal from your video output, so make sure the video card is seated on the motherboard.
If you have onboard video, then you may have other problems

The clock on my computer is always running slow and I have to regularily alter it.

Hi,
The only way I can think of to 'fix' a pc clock running slow is to set it to automatically sync with an online clock.

You could try a program like NetTime (Link Here) and have it automatically sync it so it's the correct time.

Getting a No sync message on monitor ,computer

No sync message could be for 2 reasons.

1. Loose VGA cable
2. Wrong driver installed or configuration made is out of monitor range

For loose cable you can fix it up from both ends, on CPU and on Monitor itself.
For second reason, we just have to delete display driver from Device Manager. Follow below method to delete driver

Start computer in safe mode. To start in safe mode, as soon the system boots up press F8 and select Safe Mode. After you log into the safe mode. Right click the "My Computer" icon on desktop, go to properties,
go to "Hardware" tab, Click on "Device Manager", go to "Display driver" and expland it, select the driver below the expanded "Display Driver" and press delete to remove the driver. Now restart the system and it will automatically adjust the display driver for you.

Samsung sync master 510 monitor display problem

It may be that the LCD monitor will not display all screen resolutions so you may need to change your resolution to match the desired resolution and refresh rate of the LCD. In your case the computer should be outputting:

1024x768 pixels
60 Hz

You can change these settings by right clicking on the desktop and clicking properties and they're under the settings tab. Change the screen resolution by moving the slider to the recommended setting (1024x768)

and

under the advanced button click the "monitor" tab - make sure the screen refresh rate is set to 60 hertz (60 hz)
