We can duplex copy but not duplex print on the KM Bizhub 250. When printing from the computer, in the Konica Document Properties Window on the Layout tab, when the Print Type pull down screen is activated and 2 Sided printing is chosen, a Conflict Status Message "The selected settings can be used with the following settings. Dublex Unit: Enabled" occurs. Duplex coping works when coping at the printer itself, but Duplex printing from our computers gets the error screen. Please help.

You can print a document onto both side of a page. This comes in handy

when you want to bind multiple-page documents.

1 Click the Layout tab.

2 From the "Double Sides" drop-down list, select "Double-Sided".

Note

The binding orientation can be specified from the "Binding Position"

drop-down list.

IF you have the optional duplex unit installed on your printer then when you go to print something, your printer setup screen should have a duplex/2 sided printing box you can check. This will be under printing preferences or properties. If you do NOT have the optional duplex option then you have to manually duplex. That means on say a 2 page document that you want 10 copies of you have to print 10 copies of page 1. Then take those 10 copies and place them back into the paper tray and print 10 copies of page 2 onto the backs of page 1.
Those are you 2 choices for duplex printing.

When you installed the driver did you check the boxes for the installed options? Plus you may have to check the box for saddle unit. Hope this helps.

right click on the installed printer icon, then go to "properties", then in "printing preferences", check the duplex option box, and further settings

the duplexer may not be installed on the driver to chack this:
go to the properties of the driver on your computer
click start
then control panel
then double click printers and faxes
then right click on the konica bizhub driverand click on properties
click the options tab on the driver and under duplex unit make sure the drop down menu says installed
if it shows the duplex unit is installed then check the application you are using to see if it has duplex settings some applications have there own settings for document properties that you can change to duplex and the application settings will take over no matter what you tell the driver to do and some applitions will not allow you to make changes so duplexing may not be allowed

Have you told the print driver that you have a duplex fitted, also is the paper set as plain as any thick setting will cancel out the duplex function.

Go to Option, in driver and be sure that the Duplex Option is installed.

do you have duplex installed ? if you trying to copy duplex originals, you need duplex feeder.. in main displey the left tab is dupleks printing, if you have there options 1 -1; 2-1; 1-2; 2-2 then you have a duplex installed and you can copy/print duplex. also in driver menu there is a option duplex, wath you have to choose if you printing.
