Password i forget my cmos password

There are different types of passwords that can be implemented on a computer. Did you forget your Windows password, CMOS password or Hard Disk password? The Windows password is the one you see when you log in to windows, the CMOS and Hard disk password, however, occur on the initial boot sequence before the operating system loads.

Herer's an answer I found with a Google search:

Remove CMOS battery. Removing the CMOS battery like the one shown in the picture causes the system to lose all CMOS settings; including the password. To do this, locate and remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard for at least five minutes, then replace the battery and turn the computer back on.

Remove the CMOS battery (CR2032 button battery) and reset the shorting plug to reset pin position.

Don't try anything. Simply contact the HP tech. support team. They will help u come out of the trouble.

remove cmos battery either notebook battery for 5 minutes. Connect the 2 pins for few seconds (NOT the battery), put them back and let's try....

Since you forgot the password best thing to do is make the cmos forget it. The way to do this is remove the cmos battery. Take it out for several hours then put it back in. This will reset the cmos and you should gain access.
