There is nor repair service for Lemax
I started in januarie 2010 a repair service on my own'
But have a difficulty with spare parts
sometimes i make spare parts on my own but this takes lots of ours to make it
And if the owner wants a chepa deal it is not possibel
most of the time it is cheaper to buy a new one.
But
Sometimes it is also a loose wire that is the problem
I made today two carousels
and one of the two is already ok
the other one needs a new spare part so i can not fix it at the moment til a have a donor carousel
Here in the netherlands all of the broken lemax items that are going back to the seller are being demoilisht or crached under a walz
I phone them if they would sel these items to me
but that is'n't possibel
so they make it hard for us repair nerds to help people like you
If you are living in the netherlands i ill thake a look at your carousel
if i can fix it it will cost you 20 euro/s
if not 10 for taking time with it

My earlier commend did not post. I also have the Belmont Carousel, but have a different issue. It works completely: sound, motion, lights. However, this year I was unable to turn the sound down. I don't like all the noise, so I would always turn the dial down so it was silent, while lights and motion still worked. But this Christmas although I turned volume down, it would come on loudly after a couple minutes. I called the number above, which is the US location of Lemax (all their houses, etc come from China) and the girl I spoke to said they have a replacement policy, if your item is still in production they will replace it for $10.00 USD. You will need to contact them to request a replacement and they will check stock and if they have replacements they will give you the shipping details. Their email address is: [email protected].
