Ive noticed hairline crack in the neck of my Model 10 cup lid, where it attaches to the gun. Will this make gun lose pressure? Is it safe to continue to use the lid cap this way? This has happened to 2 different 1 quart cup lids, and it seems Accuspray will only sell a complete lid assembly, not the derlin lid alone.

In any pressurized system a crack will reduce your pressure. I'm not 100% familiar with this gun so I cannot be sure of exactly where the cracks are. Any time you have a screw on lid, or some type of cam that tightens the lid it's pressurized. Though this may last for years like this, I would not spray with it if it's cracked. It could be dangerous and very messy if it breaks.

How do I fix a hairline crack in a cracked ceramic floor tile?

you cannot, only way is to replace crack tile. any "hairline restorer" "hairline paint" are simple cons and do not work! crack meant that these two bits move differently and need to be replaced with single unit, matter will go only worse.

The inside glass panel, in the oven, has a hairline crack. Is the oven still usable?

Hello ewaters56 - Honestly, I suggest contacting a professional to have the inner glass panel replaced and I do not recommend for the oven to be used.

I have a hairline crack circuit board directly under the tuner,

it can be jointed, you have to clear the upper coating of circuit board where the crack is. & reconnect all the tracks by means of micro soldering gun.

Crack in insert

U can not get a spare or a replacement for the lid, But u will only have to fix it urself. U can use Araldite to fix it, its a 2 paste tube u have to mix it proportionately and apply on the cracks carefully.

Blue Gun non-responsive

blue crt gun is dead... it has to be replaced. Check carefully the gun neck if theres a crack or damage, I'm suspecting  an overheating yoke ( a bunch of wires around or embracing the crt gun's neck), if theres a sign of overheating, you need to replace the yoke too, not doing it, your new gun will suffer the same fate of the old one, wasting your money.
