Turn TV on. Turns self off. After many times, if picture comes on, Tv seems OK. All ready paid $350 to fix once 14 months ago.

When the set shuts down, the standby light should be blinking a repeated count with a short pause between the count. Please update this with that count. That will indicate the circuit in which a problem is found that is causing the shutdown. Also, if you recall what was done the last time, that would help as well. Armed with this info, we should be able to provide you with a solution.
