It is possible that the disks are not finalized. You may need to configure it to auto finalize, which is off by default. It would be impossible to have more than one title on a disk if you always auto finalized. Check your manual, and finalize your disks. Many times marginal disks will play OK in the unit they were recorded on, but not so well in other players. The media (disks) could be the problem as well. On a side note, the DR410 will NOT burn DL (dual layer) disks. I hope this helps and good luck.

Curt is correct -sort of- with auto finalize only allowing one recording on the disc.
Instead AFTER YOU ARE DONE RECORDING EVERYTHING ON THE DISC AND have completed ALL your edits ...press the SETUP button on the original remote select the bottom option DVD MENU then select FINALIZE and then YES. It will take a little while for the recorder to do its' thing but when it finishes you should see a list of the TITLES you named instead of the display of the windows of the video files when you were recording and editing, That menu list of titles is exactly what will be shown by other dvd players and computers.
hope this helps.
one last note: in the same place as you selected FINALIZE is the auto finalize options ...
AUTO FINALIZE (after timed recording) note: you will only get this recording on the disc, you can't add more.
AUTO FINALIZE (when disc is full) note: this will not allow you to make any edits to the recordings nor the titles so all titles that you haven't yet changed will be [input name for recording source][recording speed]...in my case input is L1 and mode is SLP so titles are "L1 SLP" .)

so if that is not what you want for ALL your unchanged titles I suggest you don't use any of the AUTO FINALIZE options.

Samsung dvd recorder model vr-325

Ok I have been here before. The problem is your DVD burner in your DVD player unit may not be burning the disk in a format recognized by the Computer, or the laser may not have burned the disk to the set standard, and while it can play on that DVD player when you move it to a nother player it will not play. Well what we can do is Test the reverse first. Burn a DVD on your computer and try to play it on your DVD player and on the other TV. Then what I want you to do is to clean the lens of the player and try to burn a disk and play it on your computer. Let me know how this truns out.
