Hi dalychris,
Next time you connect the mp3 to the computer, go to the folder where the videos are dropped (generally a folder named VIDEO) and check what the extension is. If it is not mp4, you'll have to convert and resize it. There are plenty of free and paid programs available for such conversions. The standard video format for a walkman is the same as that for an ipod, .mp4, so you can try out this site: http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/ . There are other freeware programs available too, like VirtualDub that you can use to convert your videos, or paid programs like Xilisoft. After the conversion is done, you should be able to transfer and play the file easily.
I\'d like to share my converter with you. It converts between any video formats with high conversion speed and quality, including MPG, MPEG, MPEG2, MP4, H.264, SWF, FLV, VOB, MOD, M4V, AVI, WMV, 3GP, 3GPP, MOV, DivX, XviD, QuickTime Video, DV, MJPG, MJPEG, MPV, etc. It is really your ideal choice, so do not hesitate to get more information about it
