Everytime I try to load videos onto my mp3 it wont allow it,keeps saying 'your device requires that this file be converted in order to play on the device.However,the device either does not support playing video ,or Windows Media player cannot convert the file to a video format that is supported by the device' but theres already a video FIFA clip on the player so it obviously does support video.What do I need to install or download in order to transfer video to it? please?

Next time you connect the mp3 to the computer, go to the folder where the videos are dropped (generally a folder named VIDEO) and check what the extension is. If it is not mp4, you'll have to convert and resize it. There are plenty of free and paid programs available for such conversions.
