I saw your post and you are asking if there is a software where in you want to make your digital recorder accessible to be able to recover your files.

Follow this link and select the Version of windows your Computer has to be able to access you files again on from your Digital Recorder.

I checked and there is no other software that can access you digital recorder since Sony has format that can only be access by using a Sony software.

Just select what operating system your computer uses fom the drop down list and then blue highlighted DIGITAL VOICE EDITOR - 1 FILE download link.
Then just follow the onscreen instructions to download and install the software.

it will be available from the sony website. most of the 32 bit versions also work with 64 bit

you can move the recorded files into an MS WORD document BUT you can not automatically transcribe what is recorded onto a word document with any type of software, You can always use voice3 dictation to speak the information over and that would be the fastest but most costly options.

Sony does not display a driver for Win7 64 bit version on their website. I read an article to route your recorder's audio-out into computer audio-in and use basic media software. I haven't tried this myself, but sounds like a logical temp solution to issue.
