The refrigerator part should be at 38?. Have you checked it with a thermometer? The freezer should be at 0 degrees. Look at the manaul on how to adjust the temperature, if you can't find your manual, go to Google, put in your make and model and manual and you should get the .pdf file of your manual to download to your computer. It,s ok on side, but no plug in for few hours after new place.

actually a frost free fridge should leak water but it should not make it to your floor. every frost free fridge goes into defrost every 8 hours for 15 minutes where it will melt the ice off the coils. there is a pan underneath the fridge to catch this water. it should evaporate before the next defrost cycle there is not much water that comes out. you may want to pull the front cover and look under the fridge make sure the pan is in place and there is not a crack in it
