Coolpix 4100 download problem

My vidio clips will not open on my pc (win,xp) it wont recognise mov files and i have lost the installation disc

when i open MOV files in Quick Time the errors comes "2048- Could not open the file *.MOV because it is not a file that Quick Time understands.

Try using Quictime-Alternative, it plays the .mov files without having to download the full quicktime player.

Dear sir, i hv cq40-421tu model. i want to install winxp.But after best tried by me i couldn't install it.so pleaze suggest me the steps n what s/w are needed for it..

This model comes with FREEDOS installed.
When you have it booted up, and insert the XP setup disk, it should give you a menu to test your pc for compatibility.
If it passes, use that same menu to install XP.

Win 98 software version will never support Win XP system. Please download the software for your XP machine via the below link.

DOWNLOAD FULL FEATURE SOFTWARE

Save the download the file to your desktop.
Uninstall the older version, restart the computer and install the new version from downloaded file.

HELLO. try to install this: advanced windows care free. (www.download.com) and run it. i think your nero or win lost the association to that kind of file extension. if that still wont fix anything just install nero again.

Importing movie onto PC with Vista

I think you should install a software program that has the capability of opening mov file. This would become a plug-in for other programs and enable them to interpret it as mov file. or click on your movie file from camera and change its properties to be opened by a certain software that can open mov file and use it as the default program to open that file.
