When i connect to a friend he can see me on his screen but cant see him if i go to full screen i can see him my webcam is a philips pcvc840k please advise

when you try to connect your cam but it says your cam is not connected. Try to close the other webcam application which is open and click the webcam icon in your chat box.

make sure that you dont have it opened in another window if you do it will say that and also try to update the drivers
