Before doing anything to your TV, try to reorient your
antenna. Then, if nothing happen, you may now call
service to adjust or replace component part.

The problem is the "Y-SUS" board. It is inside the set on the left side with several aluminum heat sinks, under the left side brace bar. You can order this board from Union Electronics at www.ued.com .Search for part number: TNPA3243AB-PA

It lists for about 115$

i also have 2 horizonatl lines that roll about a foot apart up the screen...
i have been told twice now by two different people that it is a cable grounding problem, so if you have cable tv call the company and tell them what it is doing, i was informed they are aware of this problem and can install a filter at the main cable in line and this should solve this problem...which since i just had this looked at this morning i am going to be calling the cable company today!
hope this helps

Glare - HP Plasma TV Model PL4260N

Requires taking the back off: There is a module about 1 and a half inches square with 4 controls on it (looks like a small phillips screwdriver will fit.) Sits vertically. A yellow one on the lower left side. Tweek or turn it just a little about 2% and watch the picture and seen if the problem goes away. First unplug the tv before taking the back off and when back is off position the tv and yourself to turn the control and turn the tv on. You will need someone to turn tv on for you. Then do the tweeking with someone watching the picture for you
