View the assembly guide in the beginning of the owners manual. The console and the arm supports are easy to remove with only removing a few bolts and a couple screws. The main wire harness connection will need to be disconnected behind the console.
On almost every unit my company installs this process is needed to get through the doorways
If you would like to remove the masts that come from the walking deck to the console is only four bolts at the base of the masts, but the plastic fitting where the main wire harness enters the mast, is almost impossible to remove without breaking.
I would suggest leaving up-rights in and removing the console.
