I just replaced new pads but that triangle still appear. Can't really do anything with the belt right now. Really frustrating.

Triangle error code denotes a pad contact problem.

These are the solutions for this error:

The triangle symbol has appeared on the LCD*
Pads not covering metal stud

Pads are worn


Pads on wrong way around


Liners still on the pads
Reposition pads

Contact your local distributor for new Slendertone pads

Ensure black surface of pad is facing you

Ensure liners are removed from both sides of the pads

I've had the exact same problem! I turned it on, and the lights went on then I looked at the next step in the manual and thirty seconds later max when I looked at the belt it had turned off! And now it won't turn on again! I've changed tha batteries and it still won't work! Please let me know if you find a solution!

the beeping its becouse there is no contact between the pads and the skin (1), or the cables and the pads (2), or the cables and the controller (3). what the manufacturer says: try to change the pads by new ones i did that, but still not working. what i do: i had the second problem, but i fix it, i cut the cloth in the back part of the pin (not in the front of the pin), and i discover that the cable that is attached to the pin was cut, i remove the the pin, then i replaced with a bolt, i attch the cable to the bolt and thats all. i'm using it right now and its works great. i answer on another post similar to this one, a put a link to my google account where you can see pictures of what i did. thums up! thank you!
